Wallace Bajjali Development Partners selected a prime location in Missouri City, Fort Bend County, Texas, for mixed-use commercial development, and through Creekmont Plaza Partners, L.P., acquired a 7-acre tract located on Highway 6 near South Creekmont Road at the front entrance of a new 528-lot Perry Homes development. ).
The property will be divided into five tracts: 1 - 1.65 acre, 3 - 1.38 acre, and 1 - 1.29 acre.
The Project is centrally located amongst the high growth area around Highway 6 and the new Fort Bend Toll Road. A number of non-competing, big-box retailers are expected to be moving into the area. In January 2009, Kroger opened in the Fort Bend Town Center (Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Toll Road) and HEB opened in Sienna Village (Highway 6 at Sienna Parkway). Additionally, a Super Wal-Mart has recently secured a site approximately 1-mile from this property.
