The Trails of Cypress Lake
The project is located in Harris County, Texas, outside the city limits of Houston and within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston. The property is approximately 108 acres located on Spring Cypress Road, just west of Highway 249.
The project is in the Tomball Independent School District, which has been awarded both exemplary and recognized ratings in the 2007 school year by the State of Texas.
The project team has developed section one of the property consisting of 226 single family lots and approximately four (4) acres of commercial reserves. The commercial reserves, which are located along Spring Cypress Road, will most likely be sold for neighborhood retail services. It is anticipated that Phase II of the project will be completed in 2010.
The homebuilders are Meritage Homes and Beazer Homes and both builders are building their 55' and 65' products.
