Meadow Crest
Wallace Bajjali Development Partners acquired a 48.35 acre development project that consists of 226 residential lots. The property is located in the City of Houston, Fort Bend County, Texas, on Fondren Road near Independence Street right at the intersection of the new Fort Bend Toll Road. The major thoroughfares in the area are the Fort Bend Toll Road and S. Sam Houston Parkway West (Beltway 8). Hillcroft Road is located east of the property and ends at the eastern point of the property at the Fondren right of way.
The 226 residential lots are 45-foot wide by 100-foot deep. Ryland Homes is the primary homebuilder in this development and the project is being constructed in three phases.
The completed Phase I (Sections 1 and 2) of the project consists of 150 residential lots, and the to-be-developed Phase II (Section 3 and the newly acquired section 4) is planned to be approximately 166 lots. Lots in both Section 3 and Section 4 are available to qualified builders.
The subject neighborhood is serviced by the Fort Bend County Toll Road (Ft. Bend Parkway) and lies within the acclaimed Fort Bend Independent School District.
