Wallace Bajjali Development Partners acquired 58 acres of land to be developed into 268 single family homes. The development will include 50' x 110' lots and 60' x 115' lots that are available for sale to qualified homebuilders.

The project is located near the Energy Corridor in Harris County, Texas, outside the city limits of Houston and within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Houston. The property is located at the southeast intersection of Morton Ranch Road and Porter Road, north of I-10, in west Houston. With the recent completion of the Katy Freeway expansion, commute time to major employment centers has vastly improved.

The land plan includes several cul-de-sac lots, adding to the appeal of the community.
