Sam Houston Office Building
Located in Houston's popular Westchase District, this building stands along Beltway 8, just north of Westheimer Road. A prime location, the former UBM building is a 24,300 square foot existing office building on approximately 1.1 acres of land.
The Partnership created a single-purpose entity called WB Sam Houston, LLC (the "Building Owner") which purchased the building and is currently the leasing and management company.
In 2009, SightLine Medical entered a 10-year lease for half of the building. With a $1.5 million interior build-out and expansion, SightLine plans to open their West Houston location in spring 2010.
